As we drove through Mother Teresa’s gates in Mt Ridley, Mark and I did a double take at the absolutely beautiful, lush and immaculate grounds. The best way to describe them is a cross between a golf course and Pt Leo Estate Sculpture Park. Truly stunning, with the heritage Olrig homestead and the iconic Moreton Bay tree standing proudly at the heart of it all. We knew it was going to be a special day from the moment we arrived.
